ONLINE COMPANY E-SERVICES is committed to a high level of client service. This includes clearly communicating the costs associated with the service and the process we use to facilitate payment of fees. Below, please find our process for refund of money for incomplete services.

We are having a very much clear scenario regarding the refund as our services are totally transparent and at any point if time, the client comes to the conclusion that he doesn’t want to carry on the services rendered by us and wants to leave the process in between, the we would make the refund without asking for many much questions as per the following conditions:

  • If Order placed and cancelled within 12 hours of making the order, either through mail or call, we would refund his/her 100% of the amount without asking a single question.
  • If order placed and cancellation initiated after 12 hours but before Applying for Name Approval in case of registration of company, registration of LLP and others as cases varied from services to services, then we would check with our officials, whether your assignment has been initiated (e.g. obtaining DSC, obtaining DIN, Incorporation Filing, Trademark Filing etc.) or not, if nothing has been done, we would refund his/her 100% of the amount without asking a single question and if the order is initiated, then we would charge the amount we paid on their behalf and refund the remaining amount without asking for any professional fees.
  • If order placed and cancellation initiated after Applying for Name Approval in case of registration of company, registration of LLP and others as cases varied from services to services, then we would charge the amount we paid on client’s behalf (e.g. obtaining DSC, obtaining DIN, Incorporation Filing, Trademark Filing etc.) and refund the remaining amount by charging Rs. 2,000/- as professional fees and would refund the remaining amount.

We are in all the manners committed to our clients only and there happiness as well as the satisfaction values the most for us.

Firstly, we are in all the cases try to give our best to fulfill the satisfaction of the client, even if any of the client seems ti be unsatisfied ith our services and needs the refund, then we would again make the refunds as per the above said conditions. And in any case, we are unable to complete the process of the client within the time framed because of our own fault, then in such cases we would again make the refunds as per the above said conditions without asking for any professional fees.

No refund is been processed if the service is been provided from ONLINE COMPANY E-SERVICES and there is a rejection comes from the Registrar of companies side in these following cases:

  1. Name not Approved given by Client
  2. Documents is not correct

ONLINE COMPANY E-SERVICES processes all written requests for refunds. ONLINE COMPANY E-SERVICES will review the entire contents of the clients physical, electronic, and billing file when processing the request. Within five (5) days, our company will send a written response denying the request, requesting more information, or granting the request. The decision as to the response remains completely within the discretion of ONLINE COMPANY E-SERVICES.

Ultimately, at ONLINE COMPANY E-SERVICES we would like to avoid the needv of ever having to consider a refund. However, we are always aiming to be as transparent in our representation as possible. So we encourage our clients to ask their questions or communicate their concerns to our office immediately. We will then try to answer or address immediately. Such a process also permits our Company to continue to grow and improve its services.
